Introduction

Honeycomb zeolite is a monolithic adsorbent material made by mixing zeolite molecular sieve powder with inorganic binders and reinforcing materials, followed by extrusion molding and high-temperature calcination. Honeycomb zeolite has regularly arranged honeycomb channels inside, which significantly reduces gas flow resistance while maintaining the microporous adsorption performance of molecular sieves.

Honeycomb zeolite monolith can be loaded with different types of molecular sieves as its active components to achieve various adsorption applications. These molecular sieves can be ZSM-5, Beta, Y-type, X-type, mordenite, silicalite, and etc. And the zeolite monolith can be customized, to meet specific needs.
