We will thoroughly understand the customer's operation conditions (such as temperature, pressure, composition of the medium, etc.) and application scenarios (such as adsorption, catalysis, separation, etc.), and clearly define the performance indicators and usage goals.
SINMAT professional technical team will conduct a feasibility assessment, select the appropriate type of molecular sieve (such as 3A, 4A, 5A, 13X, Y and ZSM series, etc.), and develop a preliminary customized plan. SINMAT will work collaboratively with the customer to create molecular sieve that meets the specific application.
SINMAT will implement targeted performance regulation by optimizing the silica-to-alumina ratio, pore size structure, and metal modification (such as Na-type, Ca-type, H-type, Cu/Fe modification, etc.) for the specific application. We offer guidance and suggestions based on our industry knowledge to improve and optimize product functionality.
SINMAT will conduct pilot-scale synthesis and performance tests of molecular sieves in the laboratory, including verification of adsorption capacity, selectivity, strength and regeneration performance, to ensure the feasibility of the plan and that the product meets quality standards and perform as expected.
SINMAT will conduct pilot-scale production to verify the process stability, optimize the molding methods (spherical, strip, or powder form) and the calcination conditions, and achieve a balance between performance and cost. We will also take into account other features of the product, whether they are related to performance, environmental protection, or for market access purposes.
SINMAT has established a rigorous testing system, comparing key indicators of the molecular sieve, such as specific surface area, pore volume, strength, abrasion rate, and water adsorption capacity to ensure product consistency. This is also the core for maintaining product quality, and it is something that SINMAT has always adhered to.
We implement strict quality control measures at every stage of production, from raw material handling to final product testing. SINMAT QC team ensures that quality metrics of each batch of molecular sieve are checked before delivery, to meet the customer's requirement, and also adhere to our strict quality standards.
SINMAT provides customers with samples for on-site testing or industrial device verification, tracks the usage effect, and makes further optimization adjustments based on the feedback. Our technical team continuously monitors the operational data of the customer trial, ensuring that the product achieves the best performance in actual working conditions.
