Introduction
Zeolite CU-ZSM-5 catalyst is a metal-modified molecular sieve catalytic material formed by introducing copper species (Cu+/Cu2+/CuOx) through ion exchange or loading, using ZSM-5 molecular sieve as a support. The introduction of Cu species does not change the framework of ZSM-5, so CU-ZSM-5 also has an MFI structure.
The core advantage of CU-ZSM-5 lies in its oxidation-reduction catalytic function. Cu species are highly dispersed within the channels, which is the fundamental reason for their redox catalytic ability.
CU-ZSM-5 zeolite catalyst has a ten-membered ring three-dimensional cross-porous structure, its straight pore diameter is 0.53nm × 0.56nm, and the serrated pore diameter is 0.51nm × 0.55nm. It is a mesoporous molecular sieve, with confined pores, thus exhibiting good selectivity.
