Introduction
Zeolite FE-ZSM-5 catalyst is a metal-modified molecular sieve catalytic material formed by introducing iron species (Fe3+/Fe2+/FeOx) through ion exchange, isotopic substitution or impregnation, using ZSM-5 molecular sieve as a carrier. The introduction of iron species does not change the framework of ZSM-5, so FE-ZSM-5 also has an MFI structure.
The core advantage of FE-ZSM-5 is also its redox capability, but its stability at high temperatures is significantly better than that of CU-ZSM-5. FE-ZSM-5 zeolite catalyst has a ten-membered ring three-dimensional cross-porous structure, its straight pore diameter is 0.53nm × 0.56nm, and the serrated pore diameter is 0.51nm × 0.55nm. It is a mesoporous molecular sieve, and its shape-selective property can suppress side reactions.
