Introduction
CMS-F is a fast type carbon molecular sieve for nitrogen generation, featuring fast adsorption and fast desorption, maintaining high efficiency even with extremely short adsorption or regeneration cycles. It is also a novel nonpolar adsorbent composed of carbon elements, and its appearance is a black cylindrical solid.
Carbon molecular sieve CMS-F possesses the ability to adsorb oxygen molecules from the air under alternating temperature and pressure, thus producing nitrogen-rich gas. Its air separation capability depends on the different diffusion rates, adsorption forces, or both of these effects of various gases within the micropores of the carbon molecular sieve. PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) air separation nitrogen production technology is based on this property.
Carbon molecular sieve CMS-F is suitable for small, integrated, and mobile nitrogen generation equipment, including vehicle and marine nitrogen generators; small medical or laboratory nitrogen generators; fire-fighting and rapid on-site nitrogen generation equipment; as well as high-frequency switching and ultra-short cycle PSA nitrogen generation scenarios.
