The water in the system will react with the refrigerant, and the refrigerant hydrolyzes to generate corrosive gases such as hydrogen chloride or fluoride, which can corrode the compressor, pipelines, valves, etc. And the water can also freeze, forming ice blockages in tubes or valves, reducing cooling efficiency or even causing system failure.

Maintaining refrigerant purity: Molecular sieve desiccant adsorbs moisture and impurities, ensuring the chemical stability of the refrigerant and preventing moisture-induced refrigerant decomposition or performance degradation.

 

Protecting system components: The refrigerant filters trap debris from compressor wear and contaminants left over from installation, preventing pipe blockage or valve damage. The zeolite desiccant also prevents high-pressure alarms or compressor overheating caused by poor refrigerant circulation.

XH-5 Zeolite Molecular Sieve: It is the basic type of refrigerant desiccant, has a high water adsorption capacity, which can effectively adsorb trace moisture in refrigerant systems. Its good stability and wide compatibility, making it applicable for a variety of common refrigerants.

 

XH-7 Zeolite Molecular Sieve: It is the advanced version of type XH-5 refrigerant desiccant, exhibits excellent acid adsorption capacity, effectively reducing corrosive substances in the refrigeration system. Moreover, it has strong thermal stability and high mechanical strength, and is suitable for harsh operating conditions such as high pressure cycles.

 

XH-9 Zeolite Molecular Sieve: It possesses a stable structure under thermal and chemical stress. XH-11 zeolite molecular sieve: It is compatible with a variety of blend environmentally friendly refrigerants and can be dried without destroying the proportion of refrigerant components. It is the preferred zeolite desiccant, particularly for high pressure and temperature refrigeration systems.
